How long does an order take to ship?
Currently, our products are produced on-demand. Therefore, they usually take 7-10 business days for manufacturing and 1-3 business days to ship via USPS Priority Mail (which includes a tracking number in all cases). Free shipping can take 3-5 business days (which does not include a tracking number in some cases). Contact us if you need to rush an order.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 2-3 day shipping is a shipping method and does not mean orders will arrive within 2-3 days. Orders have to be manufactured first, processing times may vary and can be found on each product’s description. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday or the next business day.
What is your refund and return policy?
Because our products are currently being produced on-demand and not in bulk, we are not able to provide refunds, replacements or accept returns. All purchases are final and as is. However, we encourage customers to reach out if there is an issue with a product.
What is your shipping policy?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout and receiving their package. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will reach out to the customer. We will communicate through the contact information that was provided during checkout. The customer will be responsible for having their package shipped again, therefore, additional charges may apply.
